Thank you for supporting authentic artistry! Because every single product at KiboKobo features custom, hand-rendered artwork drawn individually by professional calligraphy artists, our fulfillment timeline is divided into two parts: Creation Time and Shipping Time.

1. Processing & Custom Creation Timeline

  • Artistry Over Automation: We do not use computer fonts. Every personalized name is carefully translated into Katakana and painted by hand using traditional brushwork.

  • Timeline: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our master calligraphers to design, digitize, and prepare your custom layout before it goes into production.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Once your custom order has been crafted and printed, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated transit times after production are as follows:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (depending on destination customs processing)

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guarantees.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your package ships, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KiboKobo is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Address Corrections

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been sent to our production queue or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
