Because every single product at KiboKobo is custom-translated, hand-designed by professional artists, and printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept standard returns, refunds, or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or incorrect size selection.
Please review our visual size charts carefully on each product page before finalizing your order to ensure a perfect fit for you, your kids, or your baby.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives damaged in transit, suffers from a manufacturing defect, or features a clear printing error, we will gladly make it right.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If there is an issue, notify us within 14 days of receiving your package by following these steps:

Once evaluated and approved, we will immediately initiate a complimentary replacement order or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Our custom design process begins shortly after your order is placed. If you notice a typo or need to change a name personalization, please contact us within 2 hours of checkout. Once our calligraphy team begins hand-crafting your unique Katakana design, we can no longer alter or cancel the order.
